2025 (Gyo-Ke) 10046 [Multifunctional Quantum Charge Ratio Flow Conversion Device] <Nakadaira>

*The applicant's own publication was not accepted as establishing common general technical knowledge!!

(1) Clarity requirement not satisfied.

Regarding the statement that “NI(t)e− (negative quantum charge)” and “PI(t)e+ (positive quantum charge),” which form the foundation of the claimed invention, are generated by applying random numbers to electric charges, there is no evidence that this was common general technical knowledge at the time of filing, and the specification's explanation is also unclear.

The specification repeatedly states that applying the action of random numbers to the “negative charge” and “positive charge” from the energy source's ± electrodes generates aperiodic and fluctuating “negative quantum charge NI(t)e−” and “positive quantum charge PI(t)e+.” However, it does not address their physical meaning or the specifics of the generation mechanism. It merely notes that Figures 1 and 2 are basic conceptual diagrams, and provides little identification of circuits, elements, conditions, and the like.

(Even assuming the clerical error asserted by the applicant, the conclusion that the clarity requirement is not satisfied is unaffected.)

The non-patent literature relied on by the plaintiff consists of the plaintiff's own writings and is not recognized as common general technical knowledge.

(2) Enablement requirement not satisfied.

The specification does not describe a concrete configuration for generating quantum charge in the “negative (positive) quantum charge generation unit.”
