Since the image at issue is the direct object of the criticism in the post, there is an extremely high necessity to attach it. The image attached by the defendant is a cropped portion of the original image within the scope and quantity necessary to present the defendant's argument, and the extent of attachment is reasonable. At least at present, the post includes the URL of D's post as the "source of the quotation" of the image, and such a method of quotation is recognized as a technique generally used in Internet posts.
