Merely because they fall within the broad field of “methods for transmitting and receiving data among transmitting clients, receiving clients, and servers,” it is difficult to find that applying the technology in Exhibit Ko 3 to the cited invention would be obvious without considering their relationships or the like at all. Nor is any other statement in Exhibit Ko 3 found to motivate or suggest applying its technology to the cited invention.
