⇒ In the defendant's product, the heater-stop temperature (P11) and the compressor-restart temperature (P6) were set to the same temperature.
The defendant's product has a “compressor protection function (delay timer),” so restart may take time even with identical temperature settings. However, experiments showed cases in which the temperature at restart was lower than at heater stoppage. It could not be found that control consistently used a “third temperature higher than the second temperature.”
